RMID were commissioned by Siemens Transmission and Distribution Ltd to produce an online training package to enhance the consistency and quality of their internal Site Management training programme. The final package we developed was web-based and included, in addition to the training materials, a Competency Assessment module and a learning management system to monitor candidate results and user evaluation feedback.
