Moving Henderson’s sliding door gear specification from a manual process to an expert system increased the number of quotations they were able to prepare by an order of magnitude and decreased the time from customer enquiry to finished quotation significantly. RMID designed and built the customer facing module plus the backend web application in consultation with Henderson’s Technical Sales team.
